Elden Ring Announced for Switch 2

The wildly successful Elden Ring will be coming to Switch 2 in August in Elden Ring Tarnished Edition, with some new updates and content coming to all platforms.

The Switch 2 port will arrive August 28 and will come bundled with the Shadow of the Erdtree expansion which launched in 2024.

While not as grand in scope as the Erdtree expansion, the new content coming to the Tarnished edition includes two new starting classes, new character armour including new weapons, and the ability to customise your spectral steed Torrent will also be included in the Switch 2 edition.

The new features and content will also be sold as DLC for all other platforms.
