Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare‘s next DLC instalment is ‘Continuum‘, and it’s coming out this month (on PS4).
The second of four planned instalments of post-launch content for Infinity Ward’s Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare has been unveiled.
Titled ‘Continuum‘, the new pack will bring (as is to be expected by now) four new maps and a new Zombies experience.
For those long-time Call of Duty players, the new map pack brings Excess: a re-imagined version of Modern Warfare 2‘s close-combat “Rust” map, along with three new maps (Turista, Scrap, and Archive).
The new Zombies experience in Continuum is a mode called “Shaolin Shuffle”, set in a 70s New York disco environment. Activision and Infinity Ward are still banking on Hollywood and TV stars helping to sell the zombie mayhem, with this release bringing Pam Grier, Seth Green, Ike Barinholtz, Jay Pharoah and Sasheer Zamata into the mix. Paul Reubens is reprising his role as ‘Williard Wyler’.
Continuum is set to launch April 18 on PS4 first thanks to the Activision-Sony deal, but you can probably expect it to hit PC and Xbox One around the same time next month if everything runs like clockwork.
